april gym workshop

DATE : SATURDAY 5TH APRIL

LOCATION : Un1t Gym @ Nine Elms, Greater London, England (SW11 7BG)

The gym is at the end of the road on the left, go past the American Embassy.

SCHEDULE TIME:

ARRIVE FROM 11:30

🏋️‍♀️Gym session from 12:00 to 15:00 🏋️‍♂️

FOLLOWED BY A TEAM SOCIAL & FOOD (LOCATION TBC)

WHAT TO WEAR: Please come in your gym kit.

After the session, you can either keep the same outfit or switch to something more casual. There are small changing rooms available at the gym if needed.

THE NEAREST TRAIN STATIONS ARE:
Nine Elms (to the south), Battersea (to the west), & Vauxhall (to the northeast)

All are a 5-15 minute walk from the venue, depending on your direction.

WHAT YOU NEED: To turn up on time, be ready to get stuck in, to learn and have plenty of fun over the afternoon.
